Hi i visited first time but was happy to see that all stall were well organised and had enough space and time to interact with DMC also good thought of giving meal coupan which no one does over all an excellent organisation and thanks to melange and the organisers

Dear Pradeep bhai and melange team A big congratulations to the entire Melange team for organising such a wonderful event. The planning, execution, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Everything was very well coordinated, and the event was both engaging and enjoyable. Kudos to the entire team for the excellent effort and for making the event such a great success!

If there is 1 event that I will have to attend - it will be this. Though will share few shortcomings - 1) Exhibitor Box designs can be better designed instead of just plain space. 2) A lot of small single player space. 3) Arrangement in terms of companies could be better. Similar segments could be kept together. 4) If possible, please share exhibitors list or a dairy related to the same would be super super helpful. Can maybe charge for the same or put ads in it and make it free for everyone. Rest I loved the crowd you guys have. People are super helpful. Even the exhibitors were a lot helpful.

Melange 2026 is the best ever travel trade show we have visited. The stall set up, b2b meetings and networking, the food and the evening entertainment and the party, everything was superb and well planned. Wishing the MTF team a grand success and looking forward to the next edition

Firstly i would like to congratulate on such a spectacular event. I really liked was about Mr Pradip Saboo who was personally sitting on the main entrance observing each and every one for a smooth flow of an exhibition. Also he was observing each and every detail of the event specially during cocktail time to control such big crowd specially at the bar section. Firstly i was very happy this event was covered with food that with huge variety. As Jain person it always become difficult for me to get jain food with so many options, but this was such blessings that too without any cost. We always look forward for Melange due to large exhibitor and good networking, good food and great performances. Superb event, superb management keep it up good work. Also i want to mention about cloak room great idea.

Experience was great and we will be participating in 2027 as well just enable the option to choose the stall

To reward buyers would suggest not to keep just number of scans as winners as that makes their focus on getting more number of scans , since the intrabot app has a star category rating that exhibitor can punch would suggest to encourage exhibitors to rate the buyers based on conversation & accordingly award the buyers who have best overall rating rather than just number of visits , & this way the vist alos gets captured anyways

It’s was a great event. The best part is meeting quality suppliers and controlled crowds. Unlike other events where there are lots of walkins and we don’t get time to discuss with the suppliers we meet. At Melange I really appreciate the way buyers are filtered and hence it’s a win win situation for everyone. Keep up the good work.

Good and very Good

Melange 2026 was very well organised, and we truly appreciate the efforts put into making it a great experience. One suggestion would be to have separate sections for International & Domestic DMCs, Airlines, Hoteliers and Tourism Boards, with similar exhibitors grouped together for easier networking and interaction. Overall, everything was excellent, and we look forward to next year!

Melange is so far the most professionally organized Trade Show in India. I have found that the Exhibitors are the most reliable trade partners, carefully selected and allowed to exhibit. The venue arrangements are excellent, Hosted Buyer program is unique, registration is seemless, the Cloak Room facility is very useful, the meal coupons is a blessing in disguise. Overall the best trade show experience so far. One request - add 121 business meeting model in next show.

This year was the Best besides the last two years. Only thing was the coupons ull shd say is for dinner too, bec many people thought Gala dinner so it will be buffet so they finished their coupons n they did not get anything to eat. So pls keep that in mind.

A very good experience. Suggest we should get more International people to man the counters e.g. Someone from Uzbekistan there has to be someone from Uzbekistan on the counter as alot of times local Indian Rep staff do not know the total product. Else the arrangements were luxury. Better policy than TTF and OTM

Melange 2026 stands out as an exceptionally impressive travel professional networking event in India. The entire MTF Team deserves commendation for their superb arrangements, which contributed significantly to the event's resounding success.

Some suggestions for the next show 1. International & Domestic sections to be seperate 2. Sunday to be avoided, Friday and Saturday are better 3. JWC venue to be retained Overall the event was well organised

Our third year at Melange, & we appreciate the efforts taken by the team to ensure that the event is attended primarily by B2C travel agents. We appreciate the improvements this year. Our feedback below is intended constructively, with the objective of helping enhance the overall experience and more productive. 1. Buyer Footfall & New Buyer Acquisition We noticed that the overall number of buyers at the venue was higher. Our key expectations is to connect & network with new and previously unconnected B2C travel agents. It would therefore be helpful if the buyer engagement strategy could focus further on directing new and relevant buyers towards exhibitors. 2. Quality & Qualification of Hosted Buyers The experience with Hosted Buyers was somewhat mixed. We met some very prospective buyers, but a significant number were more focused on scans rather than genuinely understanding the products. 3. Background Music The music was very pleasant and, importantly, was kept at an appropriate volume. It created a good ambience without making conversations difficult. Plz continuing with the same approach in future editions. 4. Stall Placement The stall placement and overall layout were very well planned this year. We found the arrangement practical and conducive to buyer movement. 5. Food Coupon Management We also appreciated the improvement in the way food coupons were managed. 6. Digital Buyer Information We noticed that many buyers did not carry physical visiting cards. However, most were comfortable having their details captured through badge scanning. Overall, we appreciate the efforts made by the Melange team and the improvements seen this year. We look forward to participating again and hope to see further improvements in buyer quality, new buyer acquisition and Hosted Buyer engagement in the coming editions.

This was the first time Travcare Holidays participated in Melange ---------------------- Good points • We had some time to interact with agents • It was not too crowded so we could meet and discuss • There was good filtering of agents • It was very well organised and flawless security and filtering of movement in and out this was a 10 / 10 • The flow and presentation of the event by your team was superb and time was perfectly maintained -------------------------------------- Suggestions • We need chairs in front of the tables as else we are not able to discuss properly • Due to pressure to get signatures almost 50 pc agents were not really interested in outbound or the destination but just wanted us to sign • Just like we had an app to save their data perhaps they can have an app to save our data so it’s not lost • Short presentations for destinations that are exhibiting should be allowed maybe for 10 or 15 mins ,could be at an extra charge,at particular times ,as this gives us the chance to talk about I the destination and agents to get Interested and excited • Check agents at the time of registration who are doing Outbound and Domestic and direct them to meet accordingly All in all it was great going and I congratulate you and your team
