Terms and Conditions

1. General Overview

  • These Terms and Conditions govern participation in events organized under the Melange Trade Fair (MTF Events), including Hosted Buyers, Exhibitors, Partners, and Sponsors.

  • By registering and making payment, participants agree to comply with all terms listed below.

2. Registration & Participation

  • Participation is confirmed only after completing the registration process and making full payment.

  • MTF Events reserves the right to approve or reject any application without assigning reasons.

  • All participants are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made through our authorized payment gateway, Razorpay.

  • All participation fees must be paid in full before the registration deadline.

  • Incomplete or pending payments will result in cancellation of registration without notice.

  • MTF Events is not liable for any payment failure caused due to technical issues with the payment provider.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. Refunds and cancellations will be governed by the terms applicable to the respective event.

📌 Event-Specific Refund Policy

Each MTF Events property or event may have its own Refund & Cancellation Policy, which will be communicated along with the respective event’s registration, booking or participation terms.

Where an event-specific Refund & Cancellation Policy is provided, such policy will supersede the General Refund & Cancellation Policy stated below.

In the absence of an event-specific policy, the following general terms shall apply.

✅ General Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment and at least 15 days before the event, a 100% refund will be issued.

  • Partial Refund: If cancellation is requested less than 15 days before the event, a 50% refund may be granted, subject to review and approval by MTF Events.

  • No Refund: No refund will be issued for cancellation requests made within 7 days of the event start date.

📧 Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be emailed to mtf@mtf.events with the subject “Refund Request – MTF Events”. Please mention the relevant event, registration/booking details and payment information.

  • Eligible refunds, once approved, will normally be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Any applicable payment gateway, banking or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Refunds will be processed only in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy applicable to the respective event.

Important

MTF Events reserves the right to specify different cancellation timelines, refund eligibility and other conditions for individual events, registrations, participation categories or bookings. The terms published or communicated for the specific event at the time of registration or booking shall take precedence over this General Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Invoice & Confirmation

  • After successful payment via Razorpay, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent to the registered email address.

  • This email serves as official proof of payment and should be retained for future reference.

6. Use of Razorpay

  • All payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment platform.

  • MTF Events does not store or access any credit/debit card or bank details.

  • Any issues related to payment processing (e.g., failed payments, duplicate charges) must be directed to Razorpay Support: https://razorpay.com/support

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MTF Events acts solely as the event organizer and itinerary planner. Services such as travel, accommodation, or logistics are provided by third-party service providers.

  • MTF Events shall not be held liable for losses, delays, cancellations, or disputes arising from third-party vendors or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, travel bans, etc.).

8. Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain professionalism throughout the event.

  • MTF Events reserves the right to revoke access or participation for individuals or companies violating decorum, without refund.

9. Data Usage & Privacy

  • By registering, participants agree to receive communication via email, SMS, or WhatsApp related to MTF Events.

  • MTF Events will not share personal data with third parties without prior consent, except as required to fulfill event-related services.

10. Modifications

  • MTF Events reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and communicated via email where applicable.
